TRAINING ACTIVITIES
 

 

     a) WELDING ACTIVITY:

This area has been identified as the one where the skill of staff needs to improve. Regular training courses are being run in Basic Training   Centre of Kota Workshop since 20/12/1999   where welders of Kota Workshop are being trained regularly. In order to further, upgrade the skills. BTC is being equipped with latest welding equipments like CO2 welding plant etc.

 b) Computer:

Special Training course in the field of computers is being organised in Basic Training Centre of Kota Workshop with in house facility and skill. Total 300 employees have been trained out of witch 60 employees were given training in various applications conducted by CRIS.

        

c) ULTRA SONIC TESTING:

Ultra Sonic Testing is being done by fully trained personal.
All the concerned employee are trained by RDSO and also
being sent regularly for refresher courses.
